We had a great experience, we requested information for one day and the next day we were able to buy out dream bike! The crew who were working were wonderful and were able to help us get everything we needed and answered every question we had. We were helped by Brandon and it was a pleasure to close a deal with him he was super helpful and was able to help us make a dream come true definitely would come back again and ask for Brandon. He was also able to help us in less than 72 get our dream bike. I want to give a big thank you to Brandon and Mike for helping us out!

My husband and I got really good customer service here. We went in with an idea for a Ninja 500, and they had it. JR was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the different types of bikes we were considering, helping my husband decide on the Ninja 500. JR and the general manager, Mike, were amazing at helping us figure out pricing and we left with the bike same day. Beautiful bike, wonderful experience, most likely coming back for a second bike in the future.

I went to this dealership a few times for parts and gear and every time I was very well taken care of and happy with the service.. Forrest helped me every time to find what I needed or order what I was looking for, he’s very knowledgeable about the different brands and products and has a great customer service.. great work!!

End up having a friendly conversation with Mr Forest. He’s the coolest Blondy dude ever. Jokes around about his name as well. Same time, he helped me out to choose perfect economic helmet that is also Snell Approved. Also helped me on choosing break pads for my Zx6R. Would highly recommend this dealer, especially if Mr Forest works there … the coolest person ever!!!

I walk in a little hostile to dealerships. Thats how I grew up- to make sure im not getting taken advantage of. This spot right here embraced it, and worked with me. Stand up guys! Axel - Chad - Mike B all fabulous. They listened to my griping and was able to work with me & come up with something pretty sweet to get out on the water. They were class acts from the start! I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. In all aspects. Quality dealership Quality people. In the end Chad was my point of contact and he was understanding & very helpful extremely nice. 12/10 stars. Obviously going there for my bike and ski services. Thanks again guys!

I always ask a lot of questions before making a purchase because I like to compare. Axel is the best sales person I have ever met. I wish all stores, dealers, etc. would have someone as knowledgeable of the product they are selling as he knows. I didn’t know much of a Jet ski other than I wanted one. Axel was patient explaining every single detail which made the difference in me knowing what to purchase. I also got a better price than other dealers.

I recently bought a 2023 Yamaha VX cruiser and I wanted to share my experience with others. I went after work to check out this yet ski I’ve been having my eyes on for a while, and immediately when I walked in through the door I was greeted by a amazing lady called Maria and so we started talking about yet skis and prizes as well. I was extremely happy that they made everything possible for me to take the Jet ski home and 3 months later owning the JetSki I have nothing but great things to say about the yamaha Jet ski and the yamaha facility as well. 10/10 experience and will definitely refer people to this location!!

We purchased 2 new 2022 Yamaha Jet Skis this past weekend and had such a great experience. Our sales person, Chad, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and was patient with all our questions! We had to throw on a hitch last minute and both him and the Sales Manager (Anthony) were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! Absolutely one of the best and most straight forward buying experiences I’ve ever had! I called Axel at around noon to get some numbers on a Yamaha WaveRunner and within 24 hours I was towing my new ski home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. The dealership has a very small town low key feel to it with no pushy attitudes. This will be my only go to for all my power sport toys for now on. Well worth the 2 hour drive. ASK FOR AXEL when you call in!

No one on east coast had a 22' R1 or were going to get one allocated at start of March, with exception of Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki. At least not within 500 miles of Charlotte, NC. I called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki and worked with Maria. Maria and I were able to put a remote deal together in a few hours, I wired them the money and they provided receipt. Her Sales Manager Anthony also played a positive role in the purchasing experience. Great people and service that can be trusted! They even helped me load the bike when I came to pick it up! Excellent service department. I do all my Yamaha WaveRunner maintenance here, and Marco makes the whole process seamless. Scheduling is quick, communication is clear, and quotes are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. They recently did a complete jet pump rebuild on my ski and gave me great options, including a Solas impeller instead of just sticking to OEM. Tested it on the water yesterday and cavitation is completely solved, and the performance is night and day. Fair pricing, top-tier expertise, and zero hassle compared to rolling the dice with independent mechanics. 5 stars.

Hello all. Bought a 2025 MT10 from JJ. I am out of state and bought it without seeing in person. JJ was awesome in giving me everything I needed to feel good with the sale and recommended a shipping site that cost me half what I would have spent. Also it was the best price within 1,000 miles for that bike. All included, I spent less then the next competitors sale price before tax, title, fees and delivery. I highly suggest checking this place out for your next bike.

UPDATE: I wrote this review 4 years ago. I appreciate the owner replying however that R7 was traded last year for an R9. At this dealership. Different sales person but same great experience. Took awhile for them to get the bike in but thats not on the dealer. I will continue to come back for future bike purchases. Thank you again Called asking about an R7 and was told they didn't have one, but could leave my info and they would let me know when one came in. Honestly, with all the bs i've had from other dealers saying the same thing, I wasn't expecting a call back. Well, I got a call back. It was a thursday, drove to orlando on saturday morning, and left with a beautiful blue R7. Maria Fernandez was my salesperson. If you need something call and ask for her, no bs, and she will get you what you need. Also, everyone there was helpful,and it's probably the best motorcycle dealership i've been in. Thank you to everyone that helped me from the time I walked in the door to loading my bike on my trailer. I drove from Winter Haven to get this bike and would do it again for another.

If you need parts for powerspirts, the parts department people love their job and it shows. The person who helped me was the same person who helped me during a phone call about a week ago. I began telling him what I wanted and he immediately remembered me and my bike and picked up right where we left off. He understood what I wanted and helped me think out of the box for my solution. Since calling the dealership for the first time inquiring about an R9, Sean was extremely helpful, honest, kind and very more. After speaking with him on the phone, I came in to look at the R9 he had at the showroom floor. He was super knowledgeable about the motorcycle. You can tell he has the passion for bikes and helping people. After speaking with him, it was time to sit down and talk numbers. We agreed on numbers in less than 30 minutes. The staff there was super nice. I came back the following morning to pick up my brand new R9 and i couldn’t be happier doing business with them.

I called in and spoke with Marco, who helped me set up a time to bring in my motorcycle (Xsr700) for a new tire and chain maintenance. He made the appointment process extremely easy and even gave me a list of any maintenance issues my motorcycle might need after my service was completed. Earnie assisted me with my payment since I was using a Yamaha credit card. Based on past experiences where using it was difficult, I was pleasantly surprised, Earnie made the entire process extremely smooth! I would like to talk about how great the customer service is at Orlando. Yamahawk kalaksaki, I made a $500 deposit on a Kawasaki motorcycle after considering it for less than 24 hours. I realized I wouldn't have the time to ride it. And with the upcoming weather in January, it would sit for over 2 months before I could write it. I made AI called the manager Mike and he explained my situation. He was more than happy to refund my $500. The customer service over there is so exceptional that I didn't feel bad about getting my $500 back. And he explained to me, he'd be more than happy to make a great deal. The next time I was ready, looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
