I recently bought a 2023 Yamaha VX cruiser and I wanted to share my experience with others. I went after work to check out this yet ski I’ve been having my eyes on for a while, and immediately when I walked in through the door I was greeted by a amazing lady called Maria and so we started talking about yet skis and prizes as well. I was extremely happy that they made everything possible for me to take the Jet ski home and 3 months later owning the JetSki I have nothing but great things to say about the yamaha Jet ski and the yamaha facility as well. 10/10 experience and will definitely refer people to this location!!

My wife and I have bought and sold vehicles through this dealer and everything has been great. We bought a 2020 KRX1000 and have sold our KTM 690 on consignment. We purchased 2 new 2022 Yamaha Jet Skis this past weekend and had such a great experience. Our sales person, Chad, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and was patient with all our questions! We had to throw on a hitch last minute and both him and the Sales Manager (Anthony) were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! I can't speak to other places in the area but know that if another need arises, we will definitely be making the 2hr drive to see Chad again! Thank you both for such amazing customer service!

Absolutely one of the best and most straight forward buying experiences I’ve ever had! I called Axel at around noon to get some numbers on a Yamaha WaveRunner and within 24 hours I was towing my new ski home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. The dealership has a very small town low key feel to it with no pushy attitudes. This will be my only go to for all my power sport toys for now on. Well worth the 2 hour drive. ASK FOR AXEL when you call in!

No one on east coast had a 22' R1 or were going to get one allocated at start of March, with exception of Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki. At least not within 500 miles of Charlotte, NC. I called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki and worked with Maria. Maria and I were able to put a remote deal together in a few hours, I wired them the money and they provided receipt. Her Sales Manager Anthony also played a positive role in the purchasing experience. Great people and service that can be trusted! They even helped me load the bike when I came to pick it up! Called asking about an R7 and was told they didn't have one, but could leave my info and they would let me know when one came in. Honestly, with all the bs i've had from other dealers saying the same thing, I wasn't expecting a call back. Well, I got a call back. It was a thursday, drove to orlando on saturday morning, and left with a beautiful blue R7. Maria Fernandez was my salesperson. If you need something call and ask for her, no bs, and she will get you what you need. Also, everyone there was helpful,and it's probably the best motorcycle dealership i've been in. Thank you to everyone that helped me from the time I walked in the door to loading my bike on my trailer. I drove from Winter Haven to get this bike and would do it again for another.

First of all I would like to say this place is amazing My sales person Axel was very understanding and patient with me and was willing to answer all my questions.I had as this was going to be a very big purchase for me. The whole process started back in September and it was a few months later before I was able to come up due to my work schedule. Axel was very nice about this and very understanding about this matter. Our communication through the whole process was amazing.Before I even got to the dealership I actually knew what financial companies they when threw and were they was going to run threw my credit. So I had a very clear understanding about that whole process from the beginning. Once we picked out what I wanted and Axel found it. Then I when to the finance manager Jose and that process it was very straightforward. He was super nice and understanding and took the time to explained everything in detail to me. And even was very patient if I had questions about certain things and did not rush me one bit. After all the paperwork was done what was super impressive about is how the dealership kept me informed of where my unit was. When it was arriving and even took the time to send me over pictures as it was getting put together. The unit was finally pick up on Dec 8, 2021. I would like to take the time to thank everyone there for such an amazing experience. I will highly recommend you guys for anything

We began looking for jet skis around our area in the early spring. All the local dealers were attempting to charge at least $5,000 over MSRP for nonsense such as "uncrating fees". They also could not get a jet ski for us until August at the earliest. We called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki and were able to order two jet skis for MSRP, with a free aluminum trailer. We worked with Axel and could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend buying from Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki if you are in the market. It was well worth the drive for us.

My second waverunner purchased from this dealership and I come all the way from Miami! Lucy was my sales person and she took great care of me. As everyone knows Covid slowed inventory down a lot so I waited a long time for this waverunner. Our floor representative chad was great he went over everything with us every little detail even tho we came in last minute and an hour before closing time he didn’t make us feel rushed and walked us through the whole process than he passed us off to Jose who was also wonderful explaining all the financial aspects, we will deff be back in the future for some more toys! I had to get my new tires installed along with a slip on exhaust, a new air filter, and an oil filter change. It was a good experience but it took a but longer than expected, brought it in at opening and it was finished at 5:15, almost closing time. But it doesn't degrade the experience. Everything was installed properly and I am satisfied.

If you need parts for powerspirts, the parts department people love their job and it shows. The person who helped me was the same person who helped me during a phone call about a week ago. I began telling him what I wanted and he immediately remembered me and my bike and picked up right where we left off. He understood what I wanted and helped me think out of the box for my solution. He truly earned a customer for life, or at least as long as I can still find oem parts from them. Awesome job.

After speaking with him on the phone, I came in to look at the R9 he had at the showroom floor. He was super knowledgeable about the motorcycle. I called in and spoke with Marco, who helped me set up a time to bring in my motorcycle (Xsr700) for a new tire and chain maintenance. He made the appointment process extremely easy and even gave me a list of any maintenance issues my motorcycle might need after my service was completed. I would like to talk about how great the customer service is at Orlando. Yamahawk kalaksaki, I made a $500 deposit on a Kawasaki motorcycle after considering it for less than 24 hours. I realized I wouldn't have the time to ride it. And with the upcoming weather in January, it would sit for over 2 months before I could write it. I made AI called the manager Mike and he explained my situation. He was more than happy to refund my $500. The customer service over there is so exceptional that I didn't feel bad about getting my $500 back. And he explained to me, he'd be more than happy to make a great deal. The next time I was ready, looking forward to doing business with them in the future. I just bought a brand new jet ski from here, and everybody working in that store was awesome. Cole was my salesman and he made the whole process seamless. He was super thorough , and you could tell that he knows these machines well. No bullcrap, no pushy stuff, it was just plain simple, just how it should be. I did not have time for errors, and there were none.. Cole showed me all the features on the ski, how to properly clean it, what to do - what not to do, etc… Cole was fantastic, and I was impressed with the entire store honestly. I live in Tampa, and I will gladly drive out to Orlando again to get the level of service that I received - and trust me, there’s plenty of options within 10 miles of where I live, but they don’t care about you , or your machines. Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki will be my only power sports option from here on out, even if it’s a drive for me. I value service over convenience. Thanks Cole!

Outstanding customer service provided by Forrest, Ernie and Marco. They answered all of my questions and provided the support that I needed to get my waverunner working great again. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome place, love it! They were cut throat and straight to the point, super nice too Ofcourse but didn’t try to over sell if that make sense. Cole was a great sales rep that I worked with. Plus when I got the approval text I was very happy. I did arrive late but they got me approved same day! Would highly recommend and def check it out in person.
