I had an amazing experience at this Yamaha dealership! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The service advisor ( Marco Vega) was absolutely incredible — super helpful, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything about the service. It’s rare to find someone that straightforward and professional. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I just bought a brand new jet ski from here, and everybody working in that store was awesome. Cole was my salesman and he made the whole process seamless. He was super thorough , and you could tell that he knows these machines well. No bullcrap, no pushy stuff, it was just plain simple, just how it should be. I did not have time for errors, and there were none.. Cole showed me all the features on the ski, how to properly clean it, what to do - what not to do, etc… Cole was fantastic, and I was impressed with the entire store honestly. I live in Tampa, and I will gladly drive out to Orlando again to get the level of service that I received - and trust me, there’s plenty of options within 10 miles of where I live, but they don’t care about you , or your machines. Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki will be my only power sports option from here on out, even if it’s a drive for me. I value service over convenience. Thanks Cole!

Orlando Yamaha is an incredible dealership, our salesman was Cole and he made the whole process a breeze. Shoutout to Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki. I went to several dealerships looking to trade in my 2024 ZX-4RR for the 2025 ZX6R in grey and they made it happen for me. What a fantastic experience! Cole is by far the BEST Specialist out there. Very personable, knowledgeable, and overall a really cool guy. I’d like to thank this dealer as a whole, Ed the finance manager, and especially my salesman Cole for beyond exceeding my expectations for my experience. I was in a tough position with my previous motorcycle and was running out of options quickly. Not only were they beyond personable and understanding of my situation, they went to great lengths to get me onto my new zx6 with an incredible deal. They walked me through every step of the way, were very kind and patient, and going above and beyond to get me the color I wanted, even after I had settled on one I wasn’t very pleased with. They even helped me sort out pickup and delivery of my trade and new bike. They let me know the second it arrived and did not have to change bikes for me, but it shows just how much they were willing to do to ensure I had the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this dealer enough, and huge props to Cole for being very upfront, honest, respectful, and professional through the entire process. He has earned my business indefinitely.

Traveled down to Orlando with my cousin to buy his R1 and ended up walking out with a R9! Zero complaints about the service from all the staff working there and had Cole the best salesman there assist with the great decision I made. To top it off they even helped load the bikes on the trailer how much better can it get!

Today, I’d like to take a moment to share the outstanding experience I had at Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki. Having just completed the MSF course, I decided to take the next step and purchase a motorcycle. From the moment I walked in, the environment was warm and welcoming. I was assisted by my specialist, Cole, who made me feel like family from the very beginning. He introduced me to the 2023 ZX-4RR, and it was love at first sight. While waiting on the paperwork, Cole had another appointment, and that’s when I met Mike. His professionalism stood out immediately. At the time, I didn’t realize he was the general manager—he treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy throughout our interaction. Once I found out his role, it made perfect sense—he’s clearly exceptional at what he does. Toward the end of the process, I was introduced to Forrest to discuss parts and gear. His knowledge and calm, helpful demeanor ensured I got exactly what I needed without being upsold or rushed. Finally, the delivery process was seamless. Although I regret not remembering the delivery team member’s name, I can’t forget the positive energy he brought. His enthusiasm and pride in his work—especially with the dealership’s new delivery truck—was evident. He handled the trailer like a true professional. This dealership not only avoids price gouging but also treats each customer with genuine respect and care. I truly felt valued—like part of a family. For these reasons, I can confidently say that if you’re shopping elsewhere, you may be wasting your time and money. After shopping all over S FLA (where I reside), I just got completely frustrated as it seemed that all the YAMAHA dealerships down here were less than willing to offer me a fair deal on new 2025 YAMAHA XSR900 M/C. I was just about to give up when I found the bike I was looking for 3 hours away at Orlando YAMAHA - Kawasaki. I gave the dealership a call and spoke with Cole, Dealership Sales Rep over the phone. It was like I was in another world compared to the dealerships I was trying to deal with in S. FLA. Cole absolutely amazed me with his knowledge of the particular model I was looking for. Cole told me that the dealership only had ONE of the particular model I was looking for left, as this model is so hot right now. I KNEW THAT… and for good reason. They had just sold one other of this model, and they more than likely would not get another for a while. I knew that they were selling fast all over the state, so asked him if he could meet my price deal and Cole said that I should speak with his manager in order to meet my offer if it can be done. Cole was fairly confident that the manager could make me a happy buyer, so Eric, the dealership manager picked up the phone. After speaking with Eric, and telling him how impressed I was with Cole, we talked for awhile and discussed the particular motorcycle I wanted to buy and then on to the deal I was looking for. Eric, after a pause to try and see if he could even come close, put me on hold. When Eric came back to the phone, (& I’ll make this short), the final deal Eric gave me was an “OUT THE DOOR” PRICE that was VERY good. Eric actually beat the price I was looking for. So good that with the $$$ I saved over the price I was quoted by every single dealership in S. FLA, I was able to add a really great accessory to my purchase. I felt that I was speaking with good friends with Eric, the manager and of course, Cole the actual sales agent. No BS! ORLANDO YAMAHA/KAWASAKI is the kind of dealership that sets an example for every motorcycle dealer They absolutely realize the importance of customer relations. Not a hint of talking down to you like seems to be the norm at S. FLA dealers. It is without a doubt WORTH THE DRIVE. Eric & Cole worked with me through every step of the purchasing process, and were even very knowledgeable about all the factory and aftermarket accessories that are I had already researched and wanted added to the bike. They are absolutely the hardest working sales team I’ve ever dealt with anywhere! This dealership has a well stocked parts department and counter guys that KNOW THERE STUFF as well. That is why I had no issue with driving 175 miles north of my home hauling in my enclosed m/c trailer. This is the 2nd m/c I’ve bought at ORLANDO YAMAHA KAWASAKI in seven years. These guys sell all the toys that YAMAHA & KAWASAKI manufacture. I defy y’all to beat their professionalism, their knowledge of the products and their CUSTOMER appreciation anywhere in the SE U. S. A big THANK YOU to Eric, and especially Cole and all of the employees that helped me out during my purchase and “load up”. I RANG THE BELL at ORLANDO YAMAHA/KAWASAKI!!!!……… Where Else?!?!

What a great first-time phone call to Marco in service! He took the time to find a part for my 1700 Kawasaki Vaquero, explained in detail cost, what would be involved in making this repair, etc. He also suggested I check out EBay Motors for this part, and hopefully, find it at a lower price. I took his advice and found the part at a very amazing price! I’m looking forward to meeting everyone in person next week when I bring Nunya in for the new repair. Fast, easy and straightforward! 2 time shopper at this location. Purchased an r6 10 years ago and now just got my first r1. Great experience with COLE, he’s knowledgeable, great character and honest. Unreservedly recommended this dealer for yamaha and kawasaki bikes. Plus they have other brands as well. Love this place, they are my first to call when i want a new bike. Also i live in miami so that goes to show i am willing to travel 4+ hours to pick up a new bike and the trip is worth it. Thank you yamaha for the quick and easy approval and diligence.

Don’t waste your time anywhere else but at Orlando Yamaha. They have everything you need and the their sales team is extremely friendly and professional. Can’t say enough about this store. My husband and I had an amazing experience here. The low pressure sales process was truly a breath of fresh air. We have been shopping for our SXS for a few weeks and then we finally stopped at Orlando Yamaha and from start to finish the whole team is top notch!! Very low pressure and very transparent. Cole was our salesman and very knowledgeable and truly listened to our needs. Excellent service department. I do all my Yamaha WaveRunner maintenance here, and Marco makes the whole process seamless. Scheduling is quick, communication is clear, and quotes are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. They recently did a complete jet pump rebuild on my ski and gave me great options, including a Solas impeller instead of just sticking to OEM. Tested it on the water yesterday and cavitation is completely solved, and the performance is night and day. Fair pricing, top-tier expertise, and zero hassle compared to rolling the dice with independent mechanics. 5 stars.

Hello all. Bought a 2025 MT10 from JJ. I am out of state and bought it without seeing in person. JJ was awesome in giving me everything I needed to feel good with the sale and recommended a shipping site that cost me half what I would have spent. Also it was the best price within 1,000 miles for that bike. All included, I spent less then the next competitors sale price before tax, title, fees and delivery. UPDATE: I wrote this review 4 years ago. I appreciate the owner replying however that R7 was traded last year for an R9. At this dealership. Different sales person but same great experience. Took awhile for them to get the bike in but thats not on the dealer. I will continue to come back for future bike purchases. Thank you again Called asking about an R7 and was told they didn't have one, but could leave my info and they would let me know when one came in. Honestly, with all the bs i've had from other dealers saying the same thing, I wasn't expecting a call back. Well, I got a call back. It was a thursday, drove to orlando on saturday morning, and left with a beautiful blue R7. Maria Fernandez was my salesperson. If you need something call and ask for her, no bs, and she will get you what you need. Also, everyone there was helpful,and it's probably the best motorcycle dealership i've been in. Thank you to everyone that helped me from the time I walked in the door to loading my bike on my trailer. I drove from Winter Haven to get this bike and would do it again for another.

If you need parts for powerspirts, the parts department people love their job and it shows. The person who helped me was the same person who helped me during a phone call about a week ago. I began telling him what I wanted and he immediately remembered me and my bike and picked up right where we left off. He understood what I wanted and helped me think out of the box for my solution. I wanted to share my experience with the Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki dealership. I 100% recommended this place to anyone looking for their next motorcycle. Since calling the dealership for the first time inquiring about an R9, Sean was extremely helpful, honest, kind and very more. After speaking with him on the phone, I came in to look at the R9 he had at the showroom floor. He was super knowledgeable about the motorcycle. You can tell he has the passion for bikes and helping people. After speaking with him, it was time to sit down and talk numbers. We agreed on numbers in less than 30 minutes. The staff there was super nice. I came back the following morning to pick up my brand new R9 and i couldn’t be happier doing business with them.

We had a great time at Orlando's Yamaha and Kawasaki when we got our Vulcan. The staff took good care of us with a special thank you going out to JJ for treating us with dignity and respect. Just a big thank you to everyone there for making us feel welcome.

I called in and spoke with Marco, who helped me set up a time to bring in my motorcycle (Xsr700) for a new tire and chain maintenance. He made the appointment process extremely easy and even gave me a list of any maintenance issues my motorcycle might need after my service was completed. Earnie assisted me with my payment since I was using a Yamaha credit card. Based on past experiences where using it was difficult, I was pleasantly surprised, Earnie made the entire process extremely smooth! I look forward to doing more business with this shop because I trust them to be knowledgeable and genuine, especially when it comes to helping first-time customers. Thank you again!

The service that I received was nothing short of EXCELLENT. I went in to my first ever dealership of any type, with the dream of buying my first ever bike. Sean took care of me and helped explain the process and just did a phenomenal job, super approachable, informed and just a good overall dude. The manager Mike was straightforward and also easy to talk to, all my questions were answered, worries were eased. Just a great experience overall. Cole was also very informed and helped me out through the process of the warranties and the payment. Will be coming back here for whatever questions or equipment I need. Great place!

I would like to talk about how great the customer service is at Orlando. Yamahawk kalaksaki, I made a $500 deposit on a Kawasaki motorcycle after considering it for less than 24 hours. I realized I wouldn't have the time to ride it. And with the upcoming weather in January, it would sit for over 2 months before I could write it. I made AI called the manager Mike and he explained my situation. He was more than happy to refund my $500. The customer service over there is so exceptional that I didn't feel bad about getting my $500 back. And he explained to me, he'd be more than happy to make a great deal. The next time I was ready, looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Whenever I called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki, I was always greeted , the salesman Sean, was very helpful, polite, courteous, and informative. I would definitely recommend buying from Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki to a friend and if I ever buy again, I will definitely buy from them.
