UPDATE: I wrote this review 4 years ago. I appreciate the owner replying however that R7 was traded last year for an R9. At this dealership. Different sales person but same great experience. Took awhile for them to get the bike in but thats not on the dealer. I will continue to come back for future bike purchases. Thank you again Called asking about an R7 and was told they didn't have one, but could leave my info and they would let me know when one came in. Honestly, with all the bs i've had from other dealers saying the same thing, I wasn't expecting a call back. Well, I got a call back. It was a thursday, drove to orlando on saturday morning, and left with a beautiful blue R7. Maria Fernandez was my salesperson. If you need something call and ask for her, no bs, and she will get you what you need. Also, everyone there was helpful,and it's probably the best motorcycle dealership i've been in. Thank you to everyone that helped me from the time I walked in the door to loading my bike on my trailer. I drove from Winter Haven to get this bike and would do it again for another.

I was helped by JJ. He made it super simple. In fact I didn’t even show up until it was time to sign papers. Too easy and a great dealership. My second bike bought there. Will continue to use Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki

Whenever I called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki, I was always greeted , the salesman Sean, was very helpful, polite, courteous, and informative. I would definitely recommend buying from Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki to a friend and if I ever buy again, I will definitely buy from them.

I just bought a brand new jet ski from here, and everybody working in that store was awesome. Cole was my salesman and he made the whole process seamless. He was super thorough , and you could tell that he knows these machines well. No bullcrap, no pushy stuff, it was just plain simple, just how it should be. I did not have time for errors, and there were none.. Cole showed me all the features on the ski, how to properly clean it, what to do - what not to do, etc… Cole was fantastic, and I was impressed with the entire store honestly. I live in Tampa, and I will gladly drive out to Orlando again to get the level of service that I received - and trust me, there’s plenty of options within 10 miles of where I live, but they don’t care about you , or your machines. Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki will be my only power sports option from here on out, even if it’s a drive for me. I value service over convenience. Thanks Cole!

I recently picked up a 2024 Yamaha RMAX2 from them. Best price in the southeast. They were willing to work with me on price and fees. Most shops will not negotiate on their insane dealer fees. Great experience! Thanks to Mike and Cole.

Don’t waste your time anywhere else but at Orlando Yamaha. They have everything you need and the their sales team is extremely friendly and professional. I bought the 2025 R1that didn’t look as if we’re going to happen but the GM made it happen. Mike Burnside (GM) delivers what he promises and will take care of you like your family. Cole Markman (sales) is very knowledgeable and will help you fit the bike you want. If you go anywhere but here you are wasting time. Thanks guys you F’N Rock

Came in to look at a ZX6R and was helped out by Grayson, the whole experience was very low pressure and he was very knowledgeable about all of their motorcycles. I really appreciate all of the help, he made my buying experience very enjoyable. Will be back!

I will say JR and Mike are hands down the best and most efficient team I have ever worked with. They were understanding and persistent on making sure I got the right bike for me. Most definitely returning for future purchases.

I recently bought a 2023 Yamaha VX cruiser and I wanted to share my experience with others. I went after work to check out this yet ski I’ve been having my eyes on for a while, and immediately when I walked in through the door I was greeted by a amazing lady called Maria and so we started talking about yet skis and prizes as well. I was extremely happy that they made everything possible for me to take the Jet ski home and 3 months later owning the JetSki I have nothing but great things to say about the yamaha Jet ski and the yamaha facility as well. 10/10 experience and will definitely refer people to this location!!

My wife and I have bought and sold vehicles through this dealer and everything has been great. We bought a 2020 KRX1000 and have sold our KTM 690 on consignment. Everyone there is super friendly and will work with you to make sure youre happy. I have worked with Anthony specifically on every occasion, and it has been great. We are currently looking to get a new teryx 4s though here as well and look forward to giving them our business now and in the future.

We purchased 2 new 2022 Yamaha Jet Skis this past weekend and had such a great experience. Our sales person, Chad, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and was patient with all our questions! We had to throw on a hitch last minute and both him and the Sales Manager (Anthony) were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! I can't speak to other places in the area but know that if another need arises, we will definitely be making the 2hr drive to see Chad again! Thank you both for such amazing customer service!

Awesome experience here! Axel helped me with new Yamaha pwc purchase. Phenomenal experience throughout. Made sure I knew everything about the ski and what to expect as well as what warranty and maintenance plan to add on as well. Great staff and a great experience. Cannot recommend enough. Absolutely one of the best and most straight forward buying experiences I’ve ever had! I called Axel at around noon to get some numbers on a Yamaha WaveRunner and within 24 hours I was towing my new ski home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. The dealership has a very small town low key feel to it with no pushy attitudes. This will be my only go to for all my power sport toys for now on. Well worth the 2 hour drive. ASK FOR AXEL when you call in!

First of all I would like to say this place is amazing My sales person Axel was very understanding and patient with me and was willing to answer all my questions.I had as this was going to be a very big purchase for me. The whole process started back in September and it was a few months later before I was able to come up due to my work schedule. Axel was very nice about this and very understanding about this matter. Our communication through the whole process was amazing.Before I even got to the dealership I actually knew what financial companies they when threw and were they was going to run threw my credit. So I had a very clear understanding about that whole process from the beginning. Once we picked out what I wanted and Axel found it. Then I when to the finance manager Jose and that process it was very straightforward. He was super nice and understanding and took the time to explained everything in detail to me. And even was very patient if I had questions about certain things and did not rush me one bit. After all the paperwork was done what was super impressive about is how the dealership kept me informed of where my unit was. When it was arriving and even took the time to send me over pictures as it was getting put together. The unit was finally pick up on Dec 8, 2021. I would like to take the time to thank everyone there for such an amazing experience. I will highly recommend you guys for anything

Our floor representative chad was great he went over everything with us every little detail even tho we came in last minute and an hour before closing time he didn’t make us feel rushed and walked us through the whole process than he passed us off to Jose who was also wonderful explaining all the financial aspects, we will deff be back in the future for some more toys! Highly recommend these guys! Happy Kids Happy Life and they made it easy!
